My partner and I stayed at 31 Cliff Edge. The flat is beautifully furnished and is very well equipped. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.

31 Cliff Edge is a real home from home, everything you could possibly need for a perfect break in Newquay. Only a stones throw from the beach and perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of Newquay and Cornwall. 5 Star doesn’t do it justice. We’ll definitely be back again.

My partner and I travelled from London by coach and it was only a 15 min walk from the coach stop. The apartment when we first arrived was so clean and we were stunned by how beautiful it was. It was the perfect couple’s trip. Karen was very accommodating throughout the whole trip. It was also very close to the main town area, just a few minutes away from the beach and you also have the lovely seaview from the balcony. It felt like home from home as soon as we got there. Me and my partner have definitely made a plan to visit again next summer.

Had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The modern, spacious apartment was immaculate with touches of luxury everywhere. From the Rituals shower gel to the super king-sized bed. It has a well equipped kitchen. There is a good size private balcony with sea view. A perfect location, private secure parking and only 5 mins down to the amazing beach opposite.

I am not usually one to write reviews but this is such a lovely hidden gem. Set within easy walking distance to the hustle & bustle of Newquay with it’s own private parking (which is a godsend for anyone that has tried parking in the area). The apartment is light, airy and modern with plenty of space. It has all the home comforts, very clean, and has the perfect balcony to have a relaxing wine with a sea view at the end of the day. Somewhere I would happily holiday with my family or friends. There are so many beautiful beaches within easy distance and you are spoilt for places to eat. The Pickled Chef at the Lusty Glaze beach was my personal favourite. I look forward to visiting again soon!

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful flat. Lovely décor with everything you need in a really quiet location, moments away from the seafront. As a bonus the EV charger worked faultlessly along with the keyless entry to the building & flat.

Four of us had a lovely stay at 31 Cliff Edge, for a nice winter break. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is fitted out with everything you would need for your stay, and more. The bonus was having Tolcarne beach on your doorstep. Looking forward to returning in Sept 2023
