Bedroom

The spacious main bedroom has a large window giving lots of light and is furnished with hand-crafted bedroom furniture including a super-king bed, two bedside cabinets, large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and smart TV.

Living Room

The living room includes a smart TV and two big comfy sofas including an Italian leather sofa with king-sized pull-out bed. The living room leads onto the spacious balcony with sea view.

Kitchen

The modern Porcelanosa kitchen includes a dishwasher and NEFF appliances (oven, microwave, induction hob, and fridge-freezer) with an island and breakfast bar. There’s also a Nespresso Vertuo Plus coffee machine; we’ll provide a few pods in the welcome pack but if you’re into your coffee don’t forget to bring your favourite coffee pods (click here).

Bathroom

The Porcelanosa bathroom includes a walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, shaver plug, and heated mirror and storage for your toiletries.

Facilities

Utility room includes a Washer/Dryer, iron & ironing board, drying frame, storage, and one highchair.

For guests walking back from the beach there’s a shower in the secure carpark to remove most of the sand and wash down the surfboards, buckets & spades, etc., and there’s storage for surfboards and bicycles.

Parking and access

Private, off-road, secure parking for 1 car with EV charge point.

With over a mile of great beaches on your doorstep; at low tide you can walk along Lusty Glaze, Tolcarne beach, Great Western (blue flag beach), Towan beach, all the way to Newquay’s historic Harbour.

The Tolcarne beach bar, café, shop, and Colonial Restaurant has all you need for the perfect day on the beach – buckets & spades, wetsuits, boogie boards, sun cream, swimsuits & beach games, beach huts, windbreaks & loungers available for hire, as well as surf & body boards (foamy, custom or boogie), wetsuit & accessories. Hire by hour or day. The surf school on the beach offers individual and group surf lessons for the novice or intermediate surfer. Open all year round. Qualified BSA instructors with top quality equipment and suits.

You’re also just a 6minute walk from Newquay train station with regular trains to many of Cornwall’s much-loved destinations and connections across the UK.  For visitors looking to fly, Newquay Airport is just a 15minute taxi ride away.
